So, I dyed my hair red! I actually did it a week ago, but I still had a backlog of blond photos to work through. As luck should have it, going from bleached white hair to a dark yet vibrant red is one of the most challenging hair transitions. There were a few moments when I thought I’d be leaving with a buzz cut, but after about five hours, I emerged with exactly the color I requested. I’ve experimented with my hair quite a bit, and I’ve rocked nearly every color possible but never red. It always intimidated me, so while I like to keep a cool “it’s just hair” attitude when I head to the salon, this change made me a little nervous. At first I was a little unsure of my decision, but I’ve quickly grown to love it. What do you think?

It looks gorgeous! I had that color just before I went blonde. The transition is just equally difficult in either direction, but so worth the time and processing.
