Sour Patch Kid

Jacket: Alexander McQueen for Target
Dress: Moulinette Soeurs (Anthropologie)
Necklace: Anthropologie
Ring: Surface To Air (Shotwell)
Shoes: BCBGeneration
Bag: H&M

These pictures were taken just after a rather annoying bus experience that took about three times as long as it should have. I’ll spare you the details and simply say that it left me sour by the time I met up with my boyfriend for outfit photos followed by drinks and dinner. Speaking of the boyfriend, I really have to give him credit here. He managed to snap a few winners during the rare moments that I took the scowl off my face and plastered on a smile my while dreaming of the cocktail waiting for me.

I absolutely love this dress – the print, the cut, the fabric, all of it. It’s just one of those dresses that I know I’ll feel good (albeit sour) in. Rather than layering on a cardigan, I grabbed my gray denim jacket. The soft color is perfect with the gray tones of the dress, and the studs and shape added a little edge to this girly look. I was worried that I’d be cold without tights, but I just couldn’t bring myself to wear them in July…so I brought them in my purse, just in case!

That shade of blue is now officially my favorite color on you. It's purrfect with your tan and blonde hair, pretty lady!

It is so fun to watch these clothes come back out of your closet.  I feel like I am rediscovering MY wardrobe :)

I love everything about this. The background is fantastic! I know I sound like a broken record, buuuuuuut....SO jealous of your city. :) And anything McQueen can do no wrong. Love it!

Why does MUNI insist on ruining people's day?  They are lame, but your outfit is definitely not.  I love the water color of the dress contrasting with that amazing wall!

xo.

The drinks followed by a delicious burrito totally made up for the crappy bus experience!

Yes, I bought it at H&M a few years ago...I often forget about it even though I love the color!

WHAT? Did we really only become friends after I moved to Mexico? I feel like I've know you forever...not in a creepy way! I guess by comparison, I am totally a diva! Ha ha ha.

Thanks! Blue is definitely one of my favorite colors!

Ha ha, while we don't share clothes too often, I do feel like we have a vested interest in each other's closets. :) Anything you really miss that you want to see soon? I'll take a request...the See by Chloe dress you love maybe?

Like I said, the boyfriend had some serious magical powers that night. I had my bitch face on for more than half of them - ha!

I haven't been in SF long enough to tire of hearing how awesome it is! I'm still totally smitten with this city!

Seriously, what is MUNI's problem? Can't a girl just have a drink without waiting more than 30 minutes for a bus? Is that too much to ask? :)

Thanks, Angie!

Sexy? Me? Now, I'm blushing... You're too kind!

I wish I could blame my 2 hour bus trip (which would've taken me 10 min tops to drive) on the CTA.. But it was only half the bus systems fault and the other half mine. However, I also looked like I stepped out of a garbage sauna..not like the gorgeous cover model you are. It's time to share your secret Santina.. Right meow! ;)

Eek, tights in July! haha, it's so crazy how the weather can be so varied!  I absolutely love the color blue of your dress and you can't even tell you just came off a bad experience!  Also, I love the background of your shots :)

YES!  The See by Chloe dress would be fabulous to see.  And the Burberry trench dress.  Oh how I love both those dresses.

I really love the dress. There are some downsides to public transportation but I really wish Ohio had a better system.

Oh my gosh.. I love this dress just as much as you, except it's in your closet and not mine! The colors are fabulous and that bag goes perfectly. I love the bright blue!

Thumbs up to the boyfriend for taking such great pics. I would never know that you were in a bad mood in these photos. The location is fantastic! These are some of my favourite photos of yours. And the blue bag and the dress are dynamite. The colour combination is blowing my mind right now!
