When I found these socks in the sale bin for $1.99, I immediately thought of these wedges. I also immediately bought two pairs. I love the idea of socks with sandals, but in reality, it’s just one of those looks that I like way more on others than I do on myself. This was sort of a bold move for me – choosing to cut my leg short when usually I am all about adding length. In the end, I think the mix of proportions is actually what I like most about this look. Is there something you always admire but never feel like you can pull off? I want to hear about it!

I love the light, summery layering going on here. And I'm such a sucker for socks and sandals. I agree that it can be a tough look to pull off, but you look great!
Great minds must think a like because today, I also tried out something adventurous! I went for a pair of harem pants and a fringe vest...two things I'd never wear let alone put together and I am loving the look! Similar to your floral socks and the wedges...I think your legs look long and lean even with the socks! You so rock platinum blonde hair! Love it...hope you'll stop by and say hi!
I think you look great in socks & sandals, but I know what you mean by not feeling comfy in certain trends. It's socks & sandals for me, too. I'm by no means short, but something about this look just makes me feel stumpy.
